Do you follow the official military cleaning checklist?
Yes — we clean to the MOD’s published standards (Pinnacle/DIO specification) and work through the list line by line.
What happens if the property doesn’t pass inspection after your clean?
While we can’t guarantee the outcome of every inspection, our cleans are specifically designed to meet Housing Officer standards. We focus on the key details they typically check. If, for any reason, the property doesn’t pass inspection, we will return to the property to rectify any issues at no additional cost.
What do I need to provide?
Nothing — we bring all cleaning products and equipment with us.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for summer march outs. We’ll do our best to fit you in on short notice too.
Are you insured?
Yes — we’re covered by Public Liability Insurance.
